Synopsis
The next SEWM study visit will be to Enta CIC. Enta has been working across Birmingham since 1977 providing learning opportunities, training and guidance to help people prepare for paid employment. Enta also runs a range of social enterprises and is managing agent of the Lakeside Children’s and Family Learning Centre. Enta has also just been awarded the Social Enterprise Mark. This study visit is a fantastic opportunity to see this social enterprises journey over 30 years of operation, examine the challenges of change and progression and how the team have overcome them.
