Last week over 30 of the region’s leading social entrepreneurs took part in the first ever summer school for the sector. The high quality intensive programme coupled with the first class keynote speakers, received positive acclaim from delegates. Held at the Woodland Grange Conference Centre in Leamington Spa, the programme was geared towards boosting the fortunes of a sector that now employs more than 155,000 people and generates £5.6bn for the West Midlands economy.
