Code of Conduct

We are all familiar with the ways we appreciate and acknowledge the speaker in a meeting or live talk, virtual meetings are no different. Here are some pointers to help meetings run smoothly:

  • Please help us to welcome the speaker before the talk by saying hello or using the wave.
  • To ask a question please type and send a single question mark like this ? The speaker will come back to you when he/she is ready.
  • The speaker will always give the opportunity to ask questions if you are unsure when to raise yours.
  • Please use the clap motion or write (clap) to show your appreciate to the speaker at the end of the session.
  • Don’t worry about spelling mistakes.  But you can always pre-type your questions and comments in word and paste them into Skype during the meeting.

We look forward to welcoming you to the next virtual meeting.
